Well I had a vanilla shake for breakfast. Drank lots of water.
Then I attempted to stomach a banana shake for lunch, but heaved, so in order to have a chance of obtaining Ketosis I opted for a chicken, cheese and mayo mix over sliced cucumber.
I'll be testing my surine tonight when I get home.
Dinner will be another vanilla shake.

wow. This sounds like a tough start, but you know low carb really really works for some people. All you can do is try and see how it goes.
Indeed. Low-carb worked for me the last time, but I didn't stick to it because I felt it too fatty. This time I'm taking a different approach. Thanks!
