MONDAY 28th JANUARY
Well, I went for my weigh in on Saturday and I'm 17St 7Ibs .... not good, but no one said losing weight was easy.
I'm getting bored of trying. I just need to "do" and get off this merry-go-round once and for all!!
Plans for tomorrow:
1. Stick to the diet plan 100% no deviations .... so lots of teeth gritting
2. Drink 3 litres of water plus 1 litre of perfectly clear (as a minimum)
3. do a little bit of exercise.
No more excuses!!!!

Am dieting too and finding the going tough this week, am on lighterlife, third week in, get weighed each sunday.
Starting weight 18st 3lb and at 5ft 1" thats not great. Weight coming off well but am absolutely exhausted this week, feel tired all the time regardless of how much sleep i get. Good luck with your diet, dont give up!!

Hi there, great blog you should visit my site big-girls-dont-cry [dot] com I hope you find it interesting. I too am embarking on a weightloss journey and it is really hard, I have lost 2 kg and 7.5 cm off my body which is good but the last two weeks I have been ill and haven't worked out so I hope to get back into it next week. Good luck and keep trying we are all in this together.
